Program Objectives

  • Introduction of a Team Code of Honor
  • To develop accountability within the sales team
  • To introduce a Sales System that is target driven, results focused, and measured

Program Features

  • 5 to 6 Hours per month (Over 2 days – Alternate weeks) face to face with the sales team
  • 1/2 hour Phone / Skype accountability call with sales reps & sales Manager every other week
  • A Quarterly accountability meeting with the Executive Management team to review results and re-assess
