I was reading Richard Branson’s book “Business Stripped Bare” this week and it starts with a great story. While in a small village in South Africa, Richard was approached by a woman with a dazzling smile and clear intent.
“Mr. Richard, I’ve heard you are a generous man. Can you lend me money to buy a sewing machine?”

Why is it that between 25 and 50 per cent of people report feeling overwhelmed or burned out at work?
It's not just the number of hours we're working, but also the fact that we spend too many continuous hours juggling too many things at the same time.
Habits. Our success is based on them. Ever found yourself getting 'out of the habit'? Something you used to do, know you should do, maybe even like to do, but you don't. Like going to the gym regularly, eating healthy, or posting your blog on time. Yikes, that one...would be me. I love staying connected with my friends, colleagues and clients and providing valuable tips, tools and resources that support you in consistently winning in business and in life. It is the purpose of this blog and my greatest passion. But sometimes, I get writers block. Sometimes, I get busy with other projects. Sometimes, I don't feel like fighting with technology to get my blog to look...just right.
